We are looking for a Self-employed chef with a passion for the profession. Someone who gets energy from a full restaurant, enjoys pace and quality, and knows how to pass on their love of cooking to our guests.

About us

Café de Pilsvogel is a lively catering establishment with a vibrant atmosphere. Our kitchen is compact, but our ambitions are great. We operate at full capacity daily, serving dishes we are proud of—fresh, flavourful, and prepared with care.

What are you going to do?

• Working independently in the kitchen
• Preparation and serving of dishes (mise en place & service)
• Monitoring quality, hygiene, and pace
• Brainstorming menu items and specials
• Working with the team to give guests a top experience

Who are we looking for?

• You have demonstrable experience as a freelance chef
• You are a go-getter and continues to perform under pressure
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview in a small kitchen.
• You have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail.
• You are flexible and can work evenings and weekends.
• You are a real team player with a positive attitude
